The working solution tank is not included
The applicator system includes everything you need to install it. This includes electrical wiring, nozzles, pipes, etc.
A pressure of 3,5 bar guarantees a sufficient, uniform and precise incorporation of the working solution into the mass to be acidified, even when the discharge nozzles are positioned at the end of the blower (tower) or in the blower room of the self-propelled shredder.
The pump must be located close to the working solution tank.
The equipment includes a suction tube that can be inserted into a 200 litre drum (working solution tank).
Thanks to the COR-I-DUR® technology applied to the applicator membranes, it can be used for the incorporation and dosing of chemical preservatives into the acidifiable mass containing acids (maximum concentration of propionic acid 10%, maximum concentration of formic acid 90%).
To prolong the lifetime of the system and to avoid the risk of clogging, we recommend flushing the system with clean water every time after using preservatives. After the active season, before winter sets in, make sure there is no water left in the system.
