Recommendation for use:
- ION’Activ DRY-OFF is particularly recommended for high yielding cows that are still producing 28-30 litres of milk per day or more at the time of lactation but can be used for any dairy cow at lactation
- Administer ION’Activ DRY-OFF bolus into the cow’s rumen on the day of solid milking, after the last milking
- Only one ION’Activ DRY-OFF bolus per cow is needed for successful solid milking
- Use the ION’Activ DRY-OFF bolus gun to administer the ION’Activ DRY-OFF bolus
- Do not milk the cow again after administering ION’Activ DRY-OFF bolus
- Follow the rest of the hardening procedure as you have done so far on your farm
