Designed for super-dosing of biological leaveners or dosing of working solution at extremely (ultra) low doses.
Pump yields range from 0.05 – 0.18 l/min
Working solution tank capacity: 25 l
The applicator system includes everything you need to install it. This includes electrical wiring, nozzles, pipes, etc.
This is the only applicator that protects bacteria from the effects of high temperatures, thanks to the insulated walls of the working solution container.
If the temperature of the biological leaven solution exceeds 40 °C, bacterial death of the silage leaven is possible. Applisil was the first to address this problem and already offers a solution.
The LDS microdosing system has been tested by Christian Hanssen, one of the largest organic silage companies, and is recommended for all silo users.
Before extended periods of inactivity and after work, the equipment should be rinsed with clean water:
- A suction tube for the working solution must be connected and inserted into the clean water reservoir.
- After flushing the system – remove the tube from the water reservoir and add it back to the working solution tank
